The time of panic for students

Exams can be the toughest of times for students, especially for those who are taking their final exams. So here are sine tips to overcomes the jitters about taking exams.

However, there are ways to overcome these worries, below are tips of ways you can succeed with outstanding results.

Firstly studying everything at once isn't the right way to go about it because without taking regular breaks, you become stressed. When stress develops, it can affect the function of the brain, and this causes the mind not to intake any knowledge. When you take regular breaks, ensure you have a good meal, this will keep you alert during your exam.

Plan your day, make a study timetable of what time to study and which subject. You can take notes, record your voice and play it back to yourself or any other method that suits you.

Avoid looking at you notes on the day of the exams or talking about it; this will keep you calm and stop you from thinking about it.

Finally, have self-confidence and take that exam.

Back to school 2019 Resolutions

Watch your results increase higher and higher every year like in this bar chart.

Use various sources such as books to help you study. 

Do you want to get good grades, and how are you looking to achieve this?

Below is a list of ways that can help you get better grades then you expected.

First, make a study timetable to help you decide when to study and take breaks. You have to take regular breaks to keep the brain fresh and alert because studying for long hours will make you stress and less focused. So having a balance between both is essential.

Advice: think about your hobbies and which of those hobbies will relax you physically and mentally.

Secondly, your learning style, how you prefer to learn, and which way is more useful to you as an individual. e.g. visual, practical


Third of all, take Mock Exams for each subject or section quizzes. These practice questions will point out to you your strength and weaknesses.

Fourthly, Watch tutorial videos or listen to in audio format if you prefer aswell as other sources.

How to Overcome Stress, Depression and Anxiety

Always do regular exercise, Go for a Jog or even Dance. Dancing is an excellent option to realise any negative thoughts and feelings.

Yoga is good to clear the mind. Yoga is a form of Meditation and helps you relax, and all your focus is on your breathing.

Write down all your thoughts and emotions down on paper and then find a solution to overcome the problem that is causing you Street, Depression and Anxiety.

Listen to tracks that will raise your self-esteem and confidence. For example Chris Brown song Champion.

Believe it or not, you will become stressed when you become bored of doing the same thing for an extended period. You must stay motivated and open-minded and take part in more than one hobby or task.

When you have a workload of School, College and University Assignment deadlines to meet the pressure will build up and will make you panic. You can overcome this by creating an Action Plan of what task you complete on which day.
